ENTRENEET – #Digital and #Sustainable enterprising skills for young people that are not in education, employment or training
Looking forward to starting our new project, ENTRENEET, focusing on #Digital and #Sustainable enterprising skills for young people that are not in education, employment or training (NEETS) and come from marginalized communities.
NEET unemployment is a major concern for the European Commission and therefore, needs urgent measures.
ENTRENEET has the following objectives:
OBJ1: Develop three Regional Youth Training Centres on Digital & Sustainable Entrepreneurship for NEETs (18-29 years old) in Greece, Spain and Romania that will offer non-formal micro-credential certifications for youth.
OBJ2: Develop 3 Digital & Sustainable Entrepreneurship-related training modules (with micro-credential certifications) for NEETs:
M1 – Digital (OER) Digital enterprising & #deeptech skills for NEETs
M2 – Digital (OER) Integration and community engagement skills for NEETs
M3 – Digital (OER) Community-driven fundraising for NEETs
OBJ3: Training & mentoring of at least 300 young people in formats of fast-tracked entrepreneurship academies.
This work will be delivered jointly with YET Vassilis Tsoulis Nasos Panagiotidis and Miguel Pérez Valls from ITACA and will create substantial synergies with our other ongoing efforts in this field: ARIEES, DIYouth, RiEcoLab Project, CISCOFY and our #DeepTechPledge Initiative with EIT Manufacturing EIT – European Institute of Innovation and Technology !
